Leadership is the quality of a person born as a commoner but grown as an exception by being unique in following a self defined set of values and by horning the skills required for his and his groups future, he normally becomes one because of the situation, the group in which he is, the degree of influence he has over that group and over himself, for reaching a destination that is fairly desired of by the group.
